PLANNING YOUR RISING 21 EXPERIENCE

How can I book tickets?
Rising21 tickets go on sale Friday 23rd July at 12 noon. You can book tickets for all ticketed events from the event page on https://www.leesbar.ie

Due to social distancing requirements, some events are restricted to bookings of two persons only. If this is the case for an event, further information can be found on the relevant event page.

How will I get my tickets?
To reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19, there will be no paper tickets and tickets will not be available for sale on the door. An electronic ticket will be issued at the time of booking. E-tickets can be scanned from your phone at the venue.

What if the event I wish to attend sells out? Will more tickets become available?
Early booking is strongly recommended as the current government restrictions on mass gatherings means capacity at all indoor events is extremely limited. In the event that there is an increase in permissible gatherings over the next number of weeks, a number of tickets may be released in line with government guidance.

Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for any updates.

Contact Tracing
An up-to-date contact number must be provided when buying tickets, in order to assist authorities with contact tracing in the event that a confirmed case of COVID-19 arises.

Can I attend with a group?
Group bookings are facilitated with tickets available for groups of 2, 4 and 6 only.
Please ensure that all members of the group are together for entry at the same time.

Account holders purchasing tickets assume responsibility as the point of contact for all attendees within their booking.

Are refunds available?
Rising21 / Joe Lees Bar has a no refund or exchange policy on all tickets purchased for the Rising 21 event series.

However, in light of COVID-19, we ask that if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms, that you follow government guidelines and remain at home and self-isolate. In this case, please contact info@leesbar.ie

If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and the event cannot be rescheduled, customers will be eligible for a refund in this instance.

When should I arrive?
For safety, waiting times pre-shows will be limited and we suggest arriving at the venue no earlier than 25 minutes and no later than 10 minutes before the event starts. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of management. You may be expected to queue outdoors before accessing the venue so please consider the weather before you travel.

What should I do if I feel unwell?
If you become unwell during an event, please notify a member of Rising 21 staff who will bring you to an isolation area if you are not able to take yourself home safely.
