Wordsmiths Tullamore Book Launch

Wordsmiths Tullamore Creative Writers’ Group was formed in early 2017.  The Group continues to enjoy sustained and ongoing interest.  They are a voluntary group with a diverse mix of members who meet weekly in Tullamore Library.

The aims of our Group are as follows:

• encourage each other to write regularly and submit our work for consideration by the group.
• give positive feedback so that our work can be strengthened and improved.
• organise events to promote the advancement of our area through literature.
• individually and collectively strive towards the publication of our work.

They have recently collaborated in the compilation of our individual stories, memoirs and poetry and our second book ‘Journeys’ will go on sale at our launch on Thursday 12th October 2023 in Joe Lee’s Church Street, Tullamore commencing at 8.00 p.m.
