The fundraising and resource initiative #WeAreTheSupportAct was set up to raise awareness and support for those who work in the live events industry following the cancellation of events due to COVID 19 restrictions.
All donations received will be divided between the following two organisations;
- Minding Creative Minds
- Association of Irish Stage Technicians (AIST) Hardship Fund
Minding Creative Minds is an organisation established to offer a free 24/7 well being & support programme for Irish musicians, songwriters, artist managers & event production crew.
The AIST Hardship Fund is open to all crew and production staff in the live event, arts, and entertainment industry in the Republic of Ireland. It is not restricted to members of the AIST.
